Our Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be in the same condition as received — unworn and unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned: perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you haven't received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at frosandspurs@frosandspurs.com.
